How to Make Yummy Brownies


 Today i write my 1st article and i am very confused which topic i choose that people like it.after  that i though i write a articles about brownies because brownies is a very testy and Delicious dish and mostly people like and specialty kids to eat brownies.and women like to bake brownies at home. so here are i share a yummy recipe of brownies and also some information about brownies.
History
 The name "brownie" first appeared in the 1896 version of the cookbook.The earliest published recipes for a brownie appeared in the Home Cookery in 1904 and a second recipe appeared in 1907 in Lowney’s Cook Book.Chocolate brownie is a flate and baked in a square bar.In the 19th century chocolate brownie is very popularized in a U.S and Canada.Brownies are common lunchbox and tea time snacks. In a brownie chefs used many ingredients like nuts, frosting, whipped cream, chocolate chips, milk, coffee, apricot, glaze, and  walnuts according to the recipes.

now i share how to baked a yummy brownie.it is my own recipe and i like cooking and baking.hope people like my recipes and article.please suggest me ur ideas and comments if u like.

How to Make Yummy Brownies Bar

Yummy Brownies Bar
Ingredients:

  1.     Flour – 1 1/3 cup
  2.     Eggs – 4
  3.     Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  4.     Walnuts – 1 cup
  5.     coco powder – 6 tbsp
  6.     Baking powder – 1 ½ tsp
  7.     Butter – 200gm
  8.     Sugar – 2 cup

Method:

First of all grease the 12 x 8 inch pan. In a bowl put butter, sugar and vanilla essence, beat with electric beater until becomes cream. Take another bowl and strain flour, coco powder and baking powder. Now add eggs one by one with 1 tbsp of dry mixture and beat well. Now add remaining dry mixture and walnuts, mix well. Transfer this mixture in greased cake pan and bake in pre heated oven on 180ºC, 350ºF and Gas Mark 4 for 35 to 40 minutes. When it’s done, let It cool down. Cut into squares and serve.
 Note:
Sometimes brownie served warm with ice cream, topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with powdered sugar
